Kohlrabi is one of those vegetables that I had never cooked with in the past. But with the restrictions of FODMAP, you have to explore all those vegetables that áre OK to eat. And as it turns out, baked in the oven with rosemary kohlrabi turns out juicy, sweet and delicious!
Kohlrabi Fries with Rosemary (side dish)

Pre-heat the oven at 220 Degrees. Peel and chop up the kohlrabi in 1 cm thick fries. Place them on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Chop up the rosemary into smaller pieces, or crush in your hand, and sprinkle over the kohlrabi. Mix everything together with your hand, untill all the kohlrabi pieces are covered with the dressing.
